How do I see a live Chat on Top Hat?
The Chat Support button is visible and functioning for the courses. Please note that, in order to see the Chat Support button, you must be logged in to your Top Hat accounts and be inside the actual course.
To access Chat Support, you must click on the “?” button on the upper-right side of your course screen and click on “Live Chat” on the drop-down menu that appears.
When you click on “ Live Chat”, please note you are NOT speaking with a CDECB Representative. Should you need to call the CDECB office in the middle of your exam please tell us you are going to get your phone, show us your phone in the screen and call our office. Do NOT turn off your camera. Should you turn off your camera this could disqualify you. The office number is 905-838-4898.
