JOB SUMMARY: This position reports to the Manager of Ambulatory Care, Adult Diabetes Education Centre (ADEC) at WRHN Midtown. The successful candidate
will provide effective inpatient focused diabetes education and clinical monitoring within the inpatient setting. In addition, the successful candidate will provide educational support to outpatient ADEC patients who require diabetes education and management.
We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Diabetes Educator to join a mobile healthcare team serving rule and remote First Nations communities in Northern British Columbia.
Adult Diabetes Education Centre
This position reports to the Manager – of Ambulatory Care, Adult Diabetes Education Centre (ADEC). The successful candidate will provide effective patient focused diabetes education and clinical monitoring within the outpatient and setting. In additIon the successful candidate will provide educational support to admitted patients who require diabetes education.

Aucune recommandation de médecin ne sera requise , de sorte que les membres admissibles auront un accès direct à ces services.
