JOB SUMMARY: This position reports to the Manager of Ambulatory Care, Adult Diabetes Education Centre (ADEC) at WRHN Midtown. The successful candidate
will provide effective inpatient focused diabetes education and clinical monitoring within the inpatient setting. In addition, the successful candidate will provide educational support to outpatient ADEC patients who require diabetes education and management.
