This position reports to the Manager – of Ambulatory Care, Adult Diabetes Education Centre (ADEC). The successful candidate will provide effective patient focused diabetes education and clinical monitoring within the outpatient and setting. In additIon the successful candidate will provide educational support to admitted patients who require diabetes education.
