What is a Room Scan and how do I do it?

Your initial room scan is completed by artificial intelligence (computer software).   Once the Artificial Intelligence deems your site it fine to move forward you will be permitted to log into the room (assuming you have shown your ID etc).  Your exam site will also be reviewed by a proctor.   Changes to the original scan will be “flagged” for review by a proctor.  Room Scans cannot be pre-approved prior to exam day.

Remember to scan the floor and the ceiling.

If you only partially scan your room and you continue to look at the section of the room that you did not scan, while writing the examination, you could be disqualified.
